Courts, probation, pre-trial and parole

The plans above are household plans. Supervision monitoring is a separate service, because what a supervising agency needs is different in kind — not just in size:

  • Retention is indefinite, not a window. A device marked as supervised is exempt from the pruning that applies to household accounts, so the record stays complete for as long as the order does.
  • Reports state their own scope. A record that is going in front of a court has to say what it covers, what it could not see, and whether monitoring was actually active over the period — not just list what was blocked.
  • Tamper detection is the point. A removed profile, a VPN or a deleted agent is flagged with a timestamp. A quiet device is treated as a question, never as a clean record.
  • Per-agency administration. Officer accounts, caseload structure, and documented consent — the monitored person is informed, because this is a condition of supervision and not covert surveillance.

Typical settings: probation and parole departments, pre-trial services and diversion programmes, treatment and recovery providers, and defence or supervising counsel arranging compliance monitoring.

Billing questions

Does one subscription work on all my devices?

Yes. Your MyPathKeeper subscription is connected to your account, not to a single device. You can use it on supported phones, tablets, and computers up to your plan's device limit.

Do I need to purchase separately on every platform?

No. Sign in with the same MyPathKeeper account on each supported platform. Purchases made through an approved billing provider are connected to that account after verification.

Can I cancel during the free trial?

Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent it from renewing as a paid plan.

What happens when I reach my device limit?

MyPathKeeper will ask you to remove an inactive device or upgrade your plan before adding another protected device.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account billing page. Timing and prorated charges depend on the billing provider used.

Is court-ordered or probation monitoring included in these plans?

No. Supervision monitoring for courts, probation, pre-trial services and parole is a separate service — it needs indefinite retention, reporting that states its own scope, and per-agency administration that household plans do not carry. It is scoped and quoted per agency; see the supervision section below.
